Our policy is 7 days. After 7 days of purchase, unfortunately it is not possible to request a refund or exchange.

To be able to make a return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of merchandise are exempt from return. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

*Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any product that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts, is not due to any error on our part.
* Any product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)

If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue credit to your credit card or payment method for the purchase within a few days.

Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you still haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be processed.
Then contact your bank. There is generally a processing time before a refund is issued.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale merchandise cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. You will receive a gift card in the mail when we receive your returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the person making the purchase sent the item to themselves to deliver to you in person, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and that person will know that you requested a return. .
Freight

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, return shipping times may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider purchasing a shipping service with tracking or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the item you return.
